Who We Are

PSR Pulse provides educational Medicare compliance intelligence for Australian practitioners. This draft policy explains how PSR Pulse Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan status, billing references, newsletter preferences, support messages, and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.

PSR Pulse is not designed to store patient clinical records. Users should not submit patient names, Medicare numbers, or other patient health information into free-text fields.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to create and protect accounts, provide subscriptions, send requested updates, improve product reliability, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and prevent misuse.

Disclosure

We may share limited information with service providers that help us run PSR Pulse, including identity, hosting, email, analytics, payment, and security providers. We do not sell personal information.
